A Little Patch of Country partners with Australia Post to deliver your order in the most efficient and secure manner possible. Below you'll find all necessary information related to our shipping procedures and policies.

Delivery Areas

We ship to all locations within Australia and internationally to New Zealand, United Kingdom, USA and Canada. 

Shipping Calcuation

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. We have a flat rate of postage when you order fabric. It remains the same whether you buy 2 metres or 10! We do have different rates for wadding and backing and other things.

Order Processing

Phone and web orders will be posted the same day if possible or on Monday if ordered at the weekend. 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with Australia Post to address the issue and, if necessary, send you a replacement.

Shipping Address

Ensure that your provided shipping address is accurate and complete. A Little Patch of Country is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses if the wrong address was provided during the checkout process.

PO Boxes

We do ship to PO Boxes via Australia Post.

Delivery Instructions

If you have specific delivery instructions, please include them at the checkout page. We will do our best to communicate these instructions to Australia Post, but cannot guarantee that they will be followed in all cases.
